Dear João Pinheiro и Florinda Esmoreça,
We, Russian parents, are greatly distressed for little Alexandra.
We also have children, and the most important thing for us is their well-being, even if it brings to our personal losses.
Probably, politics, ambitions and egotism of the adults are involved in this case. But we do not show pseudo-patriotism, we believe that children must live in the place where they feel well, where they are taken care for - and not necessarily in their motherland.
We cordially wish you wisdom and self-restraint and sincerely hope that you will succeed in keeping relations with Alexandra and in finding understanding with her present-day family. We can imagine how hard it is for you and for the girl.
Do recollect courage and patience. WE will follow the events with great attention. You can count on our support and sympathy.
